Seller Financing

Many sellers on VACANT-LOTS.COM are now offering seller financing through installment payments. Under this option, buyers can avoid traditional bank financing by making a down payment (typically 10% of the purchase price) and paying the balance over a period of one, two or three years with a balloon payment. Exact terms are negotiable between the buyer and the seller.
